Phono cartridges are crucial for capturing intricate musical details from sub-micron grooves. AirTight’s commitment to quality is evident from its pioneering PC-1 cartridge to the latest Opus-1. Crafted from precision-machined metal, Opus-1 utilizes Super Aluminum alloy A7075, chosen for its exceptional strength and minimal coloration of sound. Extensive testing led AirTight to opt for A7075, enhanced further with chrome coating for deeper sound resolution.

Air Tight introduces cutting-edge technology in the PC-1 coda, incorporating A7075 alloy for sharper, faster lows and a clearer soundstage compared to its predecessors. Enhanced suspension mechanisms ensure firm, high-resolution sound images, while the Cantilever material remains Boron for its excellent physical characteristics.
