Noise Silencers By Audio Magic

Audio Magic Cable Silencers come in a 4 pack, simply plug them in to your speaker binding posts, 1 negative and 1 positive and they're not in the signal path. Note: despite their appearance, Silencers do not use the same technology incorporated into earlier products from Bybee, Walker Audio or Audio Prism. Similar to the Audio Magic Speaker Clarifiers: These devices absorb noise passively, whereas with the Speaker Clarifiers the signal passes through the device and into the speaker.

Silencers reduce Micro vibrations in the cable, reduce noise riding the signal, and greatly enhance signal flow.  Lower Noise Floor = Increased Clarity.

When we first started using these in the Jaguar Reference System we couldn't quite tell if they were making a difference. We left them in the speakers for a few months and one day we were moving the speakers and forgot to put them back in...without knowing this we just knew the sound wasn't quite right. This experience showed us that the effect of cleaning noise happens at the highest frequencies. The result is that transients are perceived as faster and more defined, which can also be defined as more energetic and exciting.
